Kelly Hartman, Advisory Committee

Kelly is the President and CEO of Insights Consulting, a company supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the state.    She is also the Co-Founder of Outside the Box, a day program and employment supports provider in central Indiana known for it’s innovation.  She has spent more than 25 years supporting people with a “capability first” approach.  Her areas of expertise include functional behavioral assessment, co-occurring mental health disorders, and empowering a true interdisciplinary approach across disciplines and agencies to best meet the needs of each individual.   A Ball State alum, she holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.

 Professionally, she also serves on Indiana’s Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) Advisory Council, the Indiana Association of Behavioral Consultants (IN-ABC,) The Advisory Board for the Center for Youth & Adults with Conditions of Childhood (CYACC) and the national advisory board for The Center for START Services out of the Institute on Disability with the University of New Hampshire.  

Personally, Kelly and her family live in Fishers.  She volunteers with Impact 100 as well as ICAN (Indiana Canine Assistance Network.)  She enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends.  She also sings in a praise band and serves as the leader of Faith & Finance at her church.
